Integrated Medixine Holistic Services
A gentle, accessible wellbeing program designed for organisations looking to support the physical, mental, and emotional health of their community, staff, or clients. Suitable for seniors, people with disabilities, beginner movers, and anyone unable to practice traditional floor yoga. These sessions help create calmer environments, reduce stress, increase mobility, and foster meaningful connection.
During this course students will learn basic chair yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation for muscle relaxation and guided visualisation meditation.

COURSE FORMAT
Each session runs for approximately one hour and includes:
Introductions (10 minutes)
Chair yoga exercises (30 minutes)
Breathing and stretching exercises (5 minutes)
Feet and leg exercises (5 minutes)
Hip and lower back exercises (5 minutes)
Shoulder, arms, chest and hand exercises (5 minutes)
Neck exercises (4 minutes)
Face exercises (3 minutes)
Eye exercises (3 minutes)
Guided relaxation (10 minutes)
Meditation (10 minutes)
Wind down, social cuppa (teacher to determine time)

All bookings require a minimum 7-day notice
