Integrated Medixine Holistic Services
"We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love… and then we return home."
-Australian Aboriginal Proverb
WHAT IS A TEMPLE?
A temple is a sacred space dedicated to devotion, healing, and presence.
At Integrated Medixine, the Temple is a metaphor for your inner sanctuary — the many sacred rooms within you that hold memory, wisdom, emotion, and possibility.
You are the sacred one in your story.
My role is to help you enter these rooms with intention, clarity, and care — so you can tend to the parts of yourself that are asking for attention, restoration, release, or rebirth.
Each room offers its own medicine.
Together, they form a holistic pathway of reconnection, clarity, and transformation.
Popular option! Available worldwide, ideal for counselling, divination, meditation, & more.
My favorite place to have sessions in! Gentle, grounding, and deeply supportive for somatic and spiritual processes.
Arranged as needed, depending on your circumstances.
(Additional travel or hire fees may apply.)
If you’ve explored the website, you’ll notice that my offerings are diverse and deeply layered. Because of the spiritual, emotional, and energetic demands of this calling, I work seasonally and intuitively.
Medicine work requires presence, integrity, and embodied wellness. Just as doctors must take time to rest in order to practice safely, medicine people also need periods of recalibration and regeneration.
Medicine people live a calling where the individual walks between worlds stepping outside of time and space. Reality for a medicine person does not function as linear as a layperson, so do not be surprised if you come across practitioners that have erratic schedules.
Medicine work is rewarding, but it is also demanding, so it's absolutely instrumental I be the embodiment of care by tending to my own self-care. How can I be an effective medicine person if I can't care for my own wellbeing?
I honor those cycles so I can show up grounded, clear, and fully capable of holding space for you.
Having that said, evening and weekend hours (I operate in Sydney, Australia AEDT) are very limited and cost more. It's a first come first serve basis, if booking is unavailable let me know so I can add you to the waitlist.
If you’re new here or unsure which sacred room of the Temple is right for you, I invite you to book a free 15-minute information session.
This is a gentle space where we explore your needs and determine the best pathway forward.

Guidelines for online appointments - We can maximize our online experience if we both:
Ensure that we have a private, quiet, dedicated place for our meeting
Make sure that we have all that we need at our fingertips, for example: notes, books, pad, pen, and water
Reduce distractions where possible; devices irrelevant to the session, members of the household, and any other distractions
Have had a few minutes to prepare ourselves before meeting, so that we are relaxed and focused; no rushed and scattered thoughts
Consider this a normal appointment, the same as if visiting a physician, specialist, or other healthcare professional in their office. Consider the norms and extend the same courtesy to me.
