What to Expect in Each 1-Hour Class
Every session includes a thoughtfully structured blend of practices:
Gentle Guided Movements: Each class includes slow, mindful stretches and exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, and posture—all while seated or supported by a chair.
Breathwork & Mindfulness: You’ll be guided in breathing techniques and simple mindfulness practices to promote relaxation and mental clarity.
Adaptable for All Abilities: Movements can be modified to suit your level, whether you’re a beginner or have mobility limitations.
